Hi everyone!!!
If there's one thing I don't dismiss eating every single day, is a delicious salad. Oh God, I love it. My favorite salad with walnuts, I hope you enjoy.
For 4 servings ...
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 spoons (soup) of sour cream
2 Tablespoons (tea) of lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard

8 lettuce leaves cut into small pieces
30 grams of chopped walnuts
12 green olives and stuffed, sliced
8 medium radishes with peel cut into slices
160 grams of quejo plate cut into sticks.

Sauce: mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside. Salad: distribute the ingredients decoratively in a salad bowl, and pour over the sauce and serve.
